Meghan Markle is reportedly unhappy after South Park creators scathingly lampooned the royal couple in a new episode.
The Duchess is said to be “upset and overwhelmed” by the show, which depicts the royal pair going on a “World Privacy Tour” to promote Harry’s new book “Waaah”.
Meghan and Harry were also branded “dumb and stupid” and mocked for “being everywhere”.

The episode aired on February 15 on Comedy Central.
Meghan, 42, and Harry were not specifically named – indeed, the characters were the Prince and Princess of Canada – but the prince’s red hair and the reference to a recent memoir weren’t exactly subtle.
Meghan’s character is also referred to as a “sorority girl, actress, influencer, victim” and the outfit she wears is strikingly similar to the ensemble the real-life Meghan wore to the Trooping of the Colour in 2018.
She is now said to be “upset and overwhelmed” by the TV show, according to The Spectator, and is “annoyed but refusing to watch it all”.
A source has also claimed that the pair could “call in their lawyers” and added: “Their legal team are casting an eye over the episode to see what is wrong, and what could be turned into something more sinister.”
Naturally, Piers Morgan, one of the couple’s most outspoken critics and who famously walked off the set of GMB for refusing to apologise for comments about Megan, loved the episode.
He tweeted: “The South Park rinsing of Meghan and Harry is lethally brilliant… suspect this is how most Americans now feel about them.”
Furthermore, a PR expert has said that Meghan’s reaction to the outrageous episode could “damage their brand”.
But if she plays her cards right, it keeps her relevant, The Moment Lab founder Matt Yanofsky told The Mirror.
He said: “Meghan Markle is divisive, and South Park is playing on that image, so it won’t impact her.”
He said: “South Park taking aim is a natural progression. Her brand hasn’t been damaged; if anything, things like this continue to show her relevancy.”
Matt added: “If she responds in the wrong way, it could impact her differently.”
