Love Island star Molly-Mae Hague has quit her £400k-a-month Creative Director role at PrettyLittleThing.
The 24-year-old reassured her fans there was “no drama” and that the chapter “naturally” came to an end.
The mum said she had to “lose some commitments” after becoming a mum to her five-month-old daughter Bambi.

Molly-Mae made the announcement as she parked up in her new luxury 4×4 car at the Trafford Centre in Manchester.
In a 23-minute YouTube video, the fashionista told her followers she will still work within the company but not as a director.

“There is actually one quite big thing that I probably should talk about,” she said.
“I haven’t posted anything about it yet but I’m probably going to post about it when this video goes live.
“Basically a lot of people have been asking me about PLT creative director and how’s the role going.
“Everything’s going incredibly with PLT, I literally have the most insane relationship with PLT they’re literally my family.

“Still working with them, still doing collections, still doing edits, but I’ve actually decided to step down from my creative director role.”
The mum went on to say she has been reevaluating everything in her life since she welcomed Bambi into the world.
“I’ve realised that I’m only going to get this time once with my firstborn child,” the star added.

“I’m only going to get Bambi being four months old once. I just feel like I have had to just rearrange my life a little bit and lose some commitments I did have.
“Myself and PLT we’ve decided collectively that the creative director role, as much as it was incredible, and I’ve literally loved being the creative director more than anything, it was such an amazing chapter for me.
“It’s just naturally come to an end. I’m a mum now, I never really gave myself a maternity leave, I got straight back into work instantly.

“Because my work is my phone, and showing my life is my work,” Molly-Mae continued.
“There were certain areas of my life I had to reevaluate. The last thing I wanted to be was in a role I can’t fulfil right now at this moment in my life.”
Molly said her colleagues and bosses have been supportive of her decision and said there was “no tea” behind the move.
She continued: “There is absolutely no drama, there is no tea, there is nothing that’s gone on.
“I’m so grateful for PLT for giving me the opportunity in the first place.”
