“I think it’s all about timing and when the time is right so next year, you never know, I might be there.” It was at this point that that the star revealed her one stipulation behind joining the hugely popular reality show.

She admitted: “I want them to put me in there when there’s a muscly man that can hold me in a hammock and until then, I’m not going in. I need a single man, a single strong muscly man.”

Grace went on to reveal what her biggest fears would be during her three-week sting on the show. She confessed: “Do you know what? I’d be very hangry. Like, when I’m hungry, oh my God, all of my ex-boyfriends will say that it could have been a deal breaker in our relationship.

“I just get so annoyed when I’m hungry. But I feel like the eating challenges I couldn’t do, like there’s no way. I don’t even eat jam because the texture makes me feel funky, so I couldn’t do that.

Despite revealing a weakness in the horrific food-based trials, the presenter reassured fans that she’d “smash the vertigo-inducing challenges after competing on Don’t Look Down for Stand Up To Cancer. Grace added: “However, I think I could do the heights one now. You know the tight rope one that Jamie Lynn Spears did? I’d smash that.”

On the Channel 4 show, Grace joined soap legend Beverley Callard, footballer Anton Ferdinand, presenter and Pussycat Doll Kimberly Wyatt. Also joining them was sports presenter and Love Island finalist Chris Hughes and French football icon David Ginola.

You will not get be out the house.”

It was at this point that the reality star confessed that competing on the gruelling reality show did train her for a possible appearance in the ITV jungle.

She went on: “So for me to flyout on the first day and be chucked off a bridge was crazy. I thought, ‘Right, this is something here’. I feel like it did train me for the jungle and put me in very terrifying situations.”
