Vanderpump Rules’ next series ‘strangest ever filmed’ with huge twist unveiled

Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent has admitted that the next series of the show is “the strangest the cast has ever filmed”.

The reality TV icon also revealed that the season has a massive “twist” with lots of drama to come.

On a recent episode of her podcast Give Them Lala, Kent opened up about series 11 which began filming after the Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss cheating scandal took place.

Lala was clearly upset and wiped tears from her eyes as she shared that it had been the “strangest” so far: “You will see a bit of a turn where there’s things that I have maybe needed in the past that I didn’t get because people were like: ‘Oh, she’s got her own back’.”

“There is a little bit of a twist which I was very, very thankful for. It is just a very interesting environment to be part of.”

She continued: “There will be a day where the dust settles. People move on. It is the strangest season that we have ever filmed.”

Lala went on to say that after filming, she “usually can’t wait until it airs,” but this time around she wants to “retreat because she is very much in a healing process right now”.

Kent opened her heart and admitted that it “is the first time she has put her guard down and immediately regretted it”.

She “did not like it and felt extremely exposed”.

Lala’s revelation comes after it was recently revealed Ariana Madix refused to film scenes with her ex Tom Sandoval.

The pair split earlier this year after the infamous incident dubbed “Scandoval”.

Tom cheated on his girlfriend of nine years and the pair broke up after Ariana discovered intimate FaceTime videos on his phone.

It appears other cast members are struggling in a post-Scandoval environment as Scheana Shay recently revealed that she felt “uncomfortable” and “emotionally drained” after being partnered with Tom for a meditation exercise.

The pair were on a trip to Lake Tahoe with other cast members and Scheana opened up about the trip during an Amazon Live.

She said: “I get paired with Sandoval to do this spiritual meditation healing, sort of thing. It was very uncomfortable.”

“[That day of] filming was beyond the most emotionally draining day I have ever had in eleven seasons of Vanderpump Rules.”
