Ashton Kutcher is concerned his long-term friendship with P Diddy may draw him into the investigation into the rapper.
The former That 70s Show star, 46, is reportedly expecting a subpoena amid the 54-year-old Diddy’s sex trafficking probe that included a homeland security raid of the rapper’s mansions.
Kutcher’s friendship with the I’ll Be Missing You singer stretches back decades to when the pair used to host MTV shows. Since the drama, Mila Kunis has reportedly forbidden her husband Kutcher from making contact with his mate.

“There is no way in hell Ashton or Mila will be showing any sort of public support for Diddy right now,” a source told Mail Online. They continued: “Regardless of Ashton’s long history with him, he has distanced himself from Diddy since Cassie’s lawsuit, and even more so in the wake of the new ones. Mila will not let Ashton be in any sort of contact. He is expecting a subpoena as they have been good friends for 20 years.”
Both Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and Kutcher gushed over the way they met when interviewed together in 2018 at The Late Late Show with James Corden.
Diddy quipped: “I was doing Making the Band on MTV, he was doing Punk’d and I gave him a call one day and said ‘I heard that you are going to punk me and I just don’t think that’s a good idea’.”
A smiling Kutcher then joked: “I’m pretty sure that’s not the way you said it, I don’t think that’s a good idea, is that what you said? I think it was some version of ‘if you do that, that will not end well for you, but I think we should work out a deal’.”
However, just one year later Kutcher was refusing to tell stories from Diddy’s infamous parties during a Hot Ones interview. Speaking to host Sean Evans, Kutcher said: “I’ve got a lot I can’t tell.”
Diddy’s mansions in Los Angeles were visited by Homeland Security on March 25. A representative for the law enforcement told the Mirror at the time: “Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available.”
Lawyers for the rapper responded, claiming there was a “gross overuse of military-level force”.
“There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated,” the statement continued.
