Camila Cabello might have wowed with her latest merch drop, but some fans were focused on one seemingly “gross” detail in her latest pantsless post.
The Fifth Harmony star posed up a storm to promote her new hoodies and t-shirts on Instagram, first kneeling on the floor with an iced coffee in front of her, rocking teeny black shorts and a matching top. Styling her blonde hair into wet-look waves, Camila fixed the camera with a steady stare before donning an oversized grey hoodie emblazoned with a blue lollipop design.
A t-shirt came next, with a huge version of Camila’s face covering the back, along with her name. She donned a pair of baggy khaki trousers that fell just below her knees, featuring extra straps and pockets and leaving just a strip of her toned tummy bare.

But the accessory that caught some fans’ attention were the bizarre shoes Camila sported. Looking like a combination of a white compression sock and an open-toe sandal, the shoes skimmed all the way up to her knees and featured one strap around Camila’s big toes.

Commenters were clearly confused by the ensemble, with one writing: “The sock/shoe things are grossing me out I’m so sorry! You still gorg though!” Someone else seemed a little more open to the strange shoes, penning: “You can see Camila’s sexy feet in the second pic.”
Someone else begged: “Camila, respectfully I’m quite frankly in love with you.” While another social media user said: “The branding is so fun, I love it.” A fifth echoed: “Camila you are mother.”

Camila has been going all out with her merch designs, and even printed her own bare boobs on a t-shirt, telling fans: “It’ll never be this cheap again to have my bewbs on your bewbs.” It’s all in aid of promoting her fourth solo album, C,XOXO, which is set to release in June 2024.
She told Puss Puss magazine: “I just really wanted to challenge myself. What excites me the most is to do things that I’ve never done before. I think it is part of a kind of reinvention. I feel like so much of the album has a through line and there’s definitely more themes that the album touches.”

Even her new platinum blonde tresses are part of Camila’s new era, as she admitted: “I feel like my dark hair was such a big part of my identity to me and also to the way people perceive me. I just kind of wanted to have fun and be a chameleon and change.”
She’s already released singles I LUV IT, featuring Playboi Carti, and HE KNOWS, featuring Lil Nas X, from the new record.
