Eamonn Holmes has reportedly locked horns with his new belle just months into their relationship.
The GB News presenter, 64, announced his split from his ex-wife Ruth Langsford, also 64, back in May. Since then, the broadcaster has been rumoured to be dating a relationship therapist named Katie Alexander, 42, less than a month after their separation.
And it appears as though there could be trouble in paradise after a source revealed the duo have locked horns over one major issue. According to MailOnline, the blonde beauty is desperate to go public with their romance.

However, an insider claims the former This Morning host has been delaying announcing the news in order to protect his estranged wife’s feelings. The source told the publication that because of this, the new couple are limiting their dates to the inside of his new apartment in Richmond.
They told the outlet: “Katie wants the world to see they’re a couple but Eamonn is keeping things low-key at the moment. It’s pretty hot in [his apartment] because he has no air-con so she’d love to go out and enjoy dates in public.
“Eamonn is excited about their relationship but he wants to remain respectful by not going public yet.” Daily Star has reached out to Eamonn’s representatives for a comment.
The former power couple, who said ‘I do’ at The Elvetham in Hampshire on June 26, 2010, announced their separation with a lengthy statement back in May. They are proud parents to their 22-year-old son Jack. Eamonn also has three adult children from his previous relationship: Declan, 35, Rebecca, 32, and Niall, 30.
Following the divorce, Holmes was comforted by a the therapist who was spotted at the presenter’s new London pad. She was seen socialising with the broadcaster on several occasions , after meeting through Twitter back in 2015.
Things took an unexpected turn when Katie was spotted with a diamond ring on her wedding finger. It was at this point that false rumours began to circulate that the two were engaged.
However, insiders close to the couple later confirmed these reports to be false. Despite the denial, the news reportedly still sent shockwaves through Ruth.
The Loose Women presenter was thought to be ’embarrassed’ by the entire situation and there were even ‘tears’. An insider revealed to OK! at the time: “Ruth has been trying her best to be respectful to Eamonn for the sake of both their families and especially Jack.
“She is still wearing her wedding ring and doesn’t feel right taking it off at the moment and she wanted to be as respectful as possible and does want to invite any more speculation about their situation.”
