Love Island All Stars favourite Molly Smith’s “flirty gesture” towards ex Callum Jones has been spotted.
Their second journey in the villa got off to an awkward start when they came face to face in the villa just months after splitting after their three and a half year relationship came to an end last year. However, the amicable exes came together to cook breakfast for their respective couples, Jess Gale and Tom Clare as a treat during the latest instalment.
Later in Monday’s (February 12) episode, the remaining contestants each took part in the racy task in which they try to raise the heart rate of their fellow co-stars. While the girls strutted their stuff in raunchy outfits, the boys stripped down to their smalls in a bid to woo the ladies.

At the end of the challenge, it was revealed that Josh Ritchie and Sophie Piper were the coupled that raised each others heart beats the most and Molly Smith and Tom Clare were at the bottom of the list. To make it even more awkward, the results also revealed that Molly’s heart rate was raised the most by her ex Callum, who is currently paired with Jess, and Callum’s heart was also left pounding the most by Molly.
Speaking on behalf of Spin Genie about the moment Molly and Callum learned the resulsts, body language expert Darren Stanton reveals: “When we look at Molly’s reaction to raising Callum’s heart rate the most, we see Callum giving a huge grin, and Molly reciprocated it with a slight giggle. She also twizzled her hair, which is a clear flirtation gesture. She then shrugged her shoulders, before Callum did a shoulder shrug.
“This is a gesture people use to say, ”m in rapport with you.’ Here, Molly was calling the shots, but Callum followed suit immediately. It tells us that at that moment, she had control of the situation.”
After weeks of fans begging the exes to reunite, viewers have accused bosses of “fixing” the challenge in a bid to get Molly and Callum back together. Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan penned: “@LoveIsland has to be a fix.. how can Tom and Molly raise each others heart rate the least when Toms heart rate was highest for Molly and Georgia H didn’t dance at all! #LoveIsland#LoveIslandAllStars #fix”
Someone else wrote: “As much as I want Molly & Callum to get back together it’s defo was a fix the heart race #loveisland.” A third person agreed: “That was clearly a fix… Callum barely did anything to Molly in that challenge. The production manipulation is so evident. #loveisland.” Someone else said: “This heart rate challenge is such a fix #loveisland.” Fans will have to see if Molly and Callum rekindle their romance before the final on Monday February 19.
