JB Gill has revealed cleaning up animal poo at his farm helps him cope with the pressures of Strictly.
The pop hunk, 37, finds working at his 11-acre site in Sevenoaks, Kent gives him the boost he needs — even if it’s messy.
He told the Daily Star: “When I’m mucking out at my farm, I find myself in a bubble. It’s quite therapeutic.

“It’s a good way to go through things and process things. I really enjoy it.
“That’s something you get from nature in general. If you go for a walk somewhere, you immerse yourself in that.
“It gives you a fresh perspective. I’ve learned that having that moment of quietness and stillness is good.”
JB is working so hard to get his dance routines right that he sometimes gets frustrated and needs a break. He added: “Sometimes I’ll go away from a training session and I’ll not be fully happy with something.
“But after some quiet time, I come back and it’s all there and it’s back and I’m ready to go.”
JB, who has topped the charts as part of JLS, is also being pushed to his limits physically because training sessions are so tough.
He said: “The body goes through a lot. By week two I could fit three fingers in my waistband. It’s a lot on the body. I’m dripping in sweat.
“I’m getting as much rest as possible. It’s full-on.”
JB and his pro partner Amy Dowden, 34, are among the bookies’ favourites to win this year’s series.
See them in action Saturday night at 6.20pm on BBC One.
