EXCLUSIVE: Coronation Street beauty Helen Flanagan has shed the light on her relationship with her ex Scott Sinclair as she shares the struggles of co-parenting with the footballer
Helen Flanagan has lifted the lid on what’s going on in her personal life as she plots a big move after her split with her now ex Robbie Talbot.
The stunning actress spoke exclusively to Daily Star at the WhichBingo Awards about selling her family home and her plans to move closer to the father of her kids, Scott Sinclair, after recently parting ways with her partner of one year, Robbie.
Helen, 34, told us: “I do have some work projects coming up that I need to stay in the North for work for January and February and I don’t know what’s going on with Scott, it’s not easy co-parenting with Scott, especially when you’re not in the same city. I think it’s just a work in progress, I definitely would love for us to live in the same city.
“I’m selling my house at the moment but then I don’t know where I want to go at the moment, it’s really hard, i don’t know where I need to be for work – sometimes it’s Manchester, sometimes it’s London. Then with Scott, I don’t know where he’s going to be. So it’s really hard, especially with three little ones.”
She added: “Their dad lives in Bath at the moment and plays for Bristol and then I live in North Manchester like five hours away, so it’s really hard co-parenting that far away. So, I went to Bath for a few days to look at some schools, and check them out. Me and Scott need to live in the same city now.
“I’ve got some work projects coming up so I need to be in Manchester anyway and I don’t want to mess my little girl Matilda about when she’s moving again. So, I want her to see through year six without any disruptions and stuff and then go from there.”
Helen shares her three kids with Scott – Matilda, nine, Delilah, six, and son Charlie, four. The Corrie actress and her footballer ex, 36, split in 2022.
She has since dated Robbie Talbot, but news hit the headlines recently that she had parted ways with her beau, 45. A source told The Sun: “They want different things in life. She has just landed a new acting job and is trying to juggle work projects with the kids.
“She sat him down two weeks ago and said, ‘This isn’t working.’ It was a grown-up chat. She just wants to be on her own for a while although she still has feelings for him.”
