The Love Island star and TV presenter was spotted in London on Saturday night, at a ‘Break in Case of Glam-mergency’ stand
Reality TV favourite Olivia Attwood has been lending a glam helping hand to Londoners in need of an emergency makeover before their big nights out.
Spotted at the unique ‘Break in Case of Glam-mergency’ booth, Olivia got hands-on with hairstyles, make-up touch-ups, and styling tips to make sure passersby were good-to-go in dazzling style.
The pop-up beauty station came after research revealed that getting ready is no small feat for British women heading for a night on the town. On average, it takes 50 minutes of prep—mostly involving hair, which was rated the biggest time-consuming task.
Additionally, the study found that 41% of women like to plan their outfit in advance, but around a fifth admitted they often end up changing their look multiple times before settling on the perfect one.

Interestingly, for many, getting ready is actually one of the highlights of their night out. Olivia, who recently teamed up with the alcoholic shot brand Tequila Rose, shared her thoughts on the pre-party ritual.
“Getting ready is half the fun of a big night out!” she said. “I know for a fact I’ve looked forward to the ‘pre-lash’ more than the actual event many, many times. A glass in your hand, belting out some tunes with all your mates, in the comfort of someone’s house—what’s not to like?”
The research also revealed that 23% of women prefer prepping for a night out with friends, making it a social occasion in itself, while a quarter admit that they enjoy sipping on a drink to keep the mood lively as they get ready.
A spokesperson for Tequila Rose added: “Having friends on hand is perfect, as it’s a time to get together, swap stories, and create inside jokes that will last long after the night is over.
“There’s a unique energy that comes with getting ready as a group—it’s where excitement builds, outfits are finalised, and some of the best conversations happen before the music gets too loud.”
According to the study of 2,000 women, the ultimate getting-ready playlist should feature iconic favourites like Britney Spears’ ‘Toxic’, Destiny’s Child anthem ‘Bootylicious’, and TLC’s empowering hit ‘No Scrubs’.
