The release of ‘Northern Comfort’ follows a survey of 2,000 adults commissioned by Southern Comfort, which shed light on the deep sense of pride held by people from the north.

The findings revealed that 64% of northerners proudly identify with their region, with 37% believing their area is friendlier compared to the south.

Key elements such as the strong sense of community, the warmth of the people, and their distinctively upbeat attitudes were highlighted as reasons for that pride.

Speaking about the collaboration, Aitch said: “Sometimes we can be overlooked up here, so Northern Comfort is all about showing love to the culture, a proper celebration of the north.”
