Chloe Ferry has secured her “dream home” after being approved for a mortgage – and it’s a huge £1.1million mansion.
The Geordie Shore star, 25, was delighted to announce the news to her fans online and has even given her fans a virtual tour around the lush super-house.
Taking to Instagram, Chloe treated fans to a guided tour around the mansion, starting off with a snazzy skylight at the top of her central staircase.
In her entrance hall, the grand staircase can be seen sitting in the middle of a light, airy space topped off with polished floors and white walls.

Chloe also went upstairs to show off several luxurious-looking rooms with smart grey carpets and framing on the doorways.
As the Celebrity Big Brother star filmed the outside of her new home, you could really see how huge her mansion is, with her giant floor-to-ceiling windows on both floors separated in by a tasteful wooden frame.
Chloe also has an enormous outside space, with a sprawling garden decorated with potted plants across the area.
Celebrating her new gorgeous home, Chloe cracked open a bottle of vino and could be seen drinking a glass of white wine on an Instagram video.

Uploading a photo to mark the occasion on Instagram, Chloe was rocking her hourglass figure as she wore a black crop top and grey joggers, raising a glass to her followers.
Delighted with her amazing achievement, Chloe wrote on the milestone picture: “Just been accepted on my mortgage for my dream home. Celebration time f*** it it’s 5 o’clock somewhere.”
Speaking on her Instagram Story, she said: “I’ve been accepted on my mortgage.”

“Obviously there was a little bit of doubt in the back of my mind, just because I’m getting the mortgage on my own and how expensive it is, but today I got it.
“I’m going to have to open a bottle of wine tonight.
“I need to celebrate, honestly, I feel the luckiest girl in the world.
“I can’t believe that I’m getting my dream home.”

The Newcastle star announced the news of her new home previously, and broke down in tears at the accomplishment.
She also captioned an emotive photo: “Finally tears of happiness. That feeling when you were always told you weren’t good enough. But in reality you were more than enough. Never underestimate yourself!
“You can get anything you want in life if you want it enough! Never stop believing in your dreams.”
