Loose Women fans have dished out their advice to Kaye Adams after she shared a video of herself dancing in high heel shoes.
The 59-year-old presenter is preparing to take part in this year’s BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing and has been showing her Instagram followers how she is currently getting on.
In her latest Instagram post, Kaye brushed off her dancing shoes as she got onto her feet to dance the famous Charleston.

Seeing the post, fans quickly headed to the comment section to share their thoughts too.
One person wrote: “Definitely swivel in there. Craig always wants both feet swivelling as usually celebs can only do right or left foot. Keeeeeep practising. I still can’t do it and it took me years practising and still not there but love the challenge.”
Another shared: “Its so hard to learn dance moves when one is getting older. No disrespect just speaking apart. At times I get my left and right wrong good luck kay I’m sure you’ll get there in the end. Just think about the tortoise and the hare story. X”
A third penned: “Bet ur glad you started this Kaye sorry I love u on loose women but this is just funny but amazing at the same time… u got guts girl!! You can do it.”
Meanwhile a fourth added: “Bless, you’re definitely making progress bab..Your steps are quicker, just relax & go with the music.”

When the news broke that she was apart of this year’s Strictly line up, Kaye shared that she didn’t want to be partnered with someone who is heterosexual.
She explained: “I don’t want a heterosexual.
“I would feel embarrassed for them – because a young, hot heterosexual will be like he’s dancing with his mum.
“But if I got a nice gay guy, he’ll be fine with dancing with his mum.”
