This Morning's Phillip Schofield shares I'm a Celeb voting secret

This Morning host Phillip Schofield has let slip a voting secret from ITV’s I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! claiming that one of the celebs was not truly in the bottom two.

The 60-year-old TV star claims that contestant Babatúndé Aléshé was not even in the bottom two, as the second celeb is picked “at random”.

Joined by his co-host Holly Willoughby and former I’m A Celeb campmate Georgia Toffolo, the star was discussing last night’s episode which A Place In The Sun presenter Scarlette Douglas sent home from the jungle.

However, Phillip has now insisted that the comedian wasn’t in the bottom two, but instead selected at “random”.

Holly, 41, asked: “Is it definitely the bottom two?” to which Phillip replied: “We know that it’s not necessarily true.”

Turning to Georgia he continued: “You have the bottom one, and then they pick a second person who is the most controversial.

“I am pretty sure that it’s not actually the bottom two.”

It comes after I’m A Celeb fans threatened to “riot” as they “worked out” who will be evicted from the jungle next.

Taking to Twitter, many fans suggested it would be Babatúndé who would be next to get the boot, sparking a potential race row.

It’s all thanks to the fact that the comedian also landed himself in the bottom two of the public vote, and now fans think he’s at risk.

“Voting so far. Both black women voted out. Doesn’t really say much for the racist,British public, does it?” one fan fumed.

“I’m guessing Babatunde Aleshe will be next, and then Boy George.”

“If it’s Babatunde out next… then I swear you are just racist. This is not a coincidence,” a second chimed in.

It comes after I’m A Celebrity viewers hit out that racism is behind the elimination of black campmates Charlene White and Scarlette.

One viewer wrote on Twitter: “Two black women evicted first and people want you to believe racism is eradicated. #imaceleb.”

Another posted: “I am trying hard not to think about RACISM. This is RIDICULOUS. #ImACeleb.”

A third said: “I’m a celebrity results highlight the racism embedded in modern Britain. #ImACeleb.”

TV presenter Scarlette was visibly shocked by her early exit – and burst into tears.

After meeting hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly on the other side of the bridge, Scarlette admitted: “I’m absolutely gutted.
