BBC Breakfast fans were left in hysterics after Sarah Keith Lucas’ weather report was repeatedly interrupted on Friday (March 24).
The meteorologist, 41, was presenting live from Wadhurst after the town in East Sussex was voted the best place to live in the UK by The Sunday Times.
Speaking to presenters Charlie Stayt and Naga Munchetty, Sarah revealed the town beat a shortlist of 72 other areas who all “represent the very best of Britain”.

The BBC star then spoke to local resident Heather Woodward who is Chairman of the History society in Wadhurst and has also lived there for 50 years.

As Heather described why Wadhurst was the best place to live, echoing sounds of bin lorries could be heard in the background, while children on there way to school were posing in view of the camera.
When Heather insisted Wadhurst is a “lovely place to live,” a huge bin lorry pulled up in front of the camera, with a double decker bus following close behind.
As the Wadhurst resident continued taking, it became harder to hear as the external noises were getting louder.

Sarah then shared the weather updates with viewers which was accompanied by several graphics, but constantly walking behind her were refuse collectors as well as more school children.
Back in the studio, Naga told viewers: “We see Sarah’s picture without her graphics on. It was so busy. There were refuse collectors, school children, people going to work.”
“It was all happening in and around,” added Charlie.
Viewers were in hysterics watching the report and raced to social media to share their thoughts.

“Absolutely p***ing myself at the live broadcast from Wadhurst (voted best place to live) RIGHT IN THE MIDST of waste collection, school run, general pandemonium,” penned one viewer.
A second shared: “This interview in Wadhurst is going to end up in an outtakes programme #BBCBreakfast”.
“Fecking hilarious…bin men buses school kids all attempting to muscle in to tv, you can stick dull provincial Wadhurst,” added another fan.
Echoing this, a fourth wrote: “#BBCBreakfast I think we all saw bin day Naga, nothing was hidden by the graphics…”
