Emmerdale fans were confused after Caleb Milligan (Will Ash) dropped a huge bombshell about Frank Tate (Norman Bowler) on Tuesday (April 25).
Things reached boiling point between Caleb and Nicky Milligan (Lewis Cope) during the episode as the Home Farm nanny begged his father to drop his vendetta against Kim Tate (Claire King).
Fans will know that Caleb arrived in the village with the intent of taking back the grand estate from Kim, given that it is rightfully his as he is the son of Frank.

But the cracks continue to show as Nicky has struggled with keeping up the façade of being in a relationship with Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham), especially now it’s been revealed that he is gay.

As Nicky pleaded with Caleb to let him walk away from the situation, the dodgy businessman reminded him that Kim murdered his father and got away with it.
Nicky claimed what they have learned about Frank’s death could all be rumours, however Caleb was having none of it and warned his son to “be a man”.
But fans then raised the question at how Caleb could possibly know that Kim murdered his father, given that it was only Kim and Frank in the room when it happened.

Taking to social media, one person wrote: “Who told Caleb about Kim and Frank?”
“How did Caleb know about Frank, Faith must have told him been in contact, I am confused,” added a second person.
Another viewer shared: “Who told Caleb about his dad?”
While a fourth tweeted: “Caleb, you know nothing about your Father, and what he was like. All you know is that he was loaded.”

Back in 1997, after Frank was released from prison after being framed for Kim’s murder, he encountered the ruthless businesswoman when she returned to the village.
During the heated clash, Frank suffered a heart attack and Kim watched as he fell to the floor and died.
