The contestants have a set allotted time of 2 minutes to build up as many steps as possible by answering as many questions they can correctly.

The Chaser would have to get the same amount of questions right in order to win, every question that Paul would answer wrongly, gives the team a chance to push Paul back one step.

However viewers accused Jenny and Gary of stalling before answering, therefore loosing the potential to get as many steps as possible.
