Amy Schumer and Nicole Kidman fans “couldn’t tell them apart” in a since-deleted snap taken at the US Open.
Amy kicked things off on Instagram by appearing to hit out at Nicole for the way she was sitting while watching the tense tennis match.
Big Little Lies star Nicole could be seen in a clinging pink gown with a wide collar and plunging neckline at the event, her blonde hair swept into a loose ponytail and one hand under her chin as she watched the game, clearly rapt.

But Amy soon posted the picture to her own social media with the caption: “This how human sit.”

Amy later deleted the post and issued an apology after being accused of “cyberbullying” Nicole over her posture at the event.
One fan fumed: “Are you cyberbullying Oscar and Emmy winner Nicole Kidman right now?”
While someone else said: “This post seems beneath you. What point are you trying to make here?”
Her apology also hit out at Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher after the That ‘70s Show scandal.

The clearly tongue-in-cheek apology read: “I want to apologise to all the people I hurt posting a photo of Nicole Kidman and alluding to her being an alien.
“I will be asking the cast of That ‘70s Show to write letters advocating for my forgiveness #TakingTimeToHeal.”
But fans were more distracted by how much the actresses bore a resemblance to one another as they sat in the stands.
Like Nicole, Amy rocked a pink collared shirt to the event and wore her blonde locks in a ponytail as she watched the game open-mouthed.

One fan took to X – formerly Twitter – to share their thoughts, writing: “All I can see when I look at the Amy Schumer/Nicole Kidman drama is that they literally look like the same woman.”
“They look like twins,” someone else agreed.
As a third echoed: “Why is nobody thinking that they looked exactly alike at the event?”
