Coronation Street fans are hoping Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott) and Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard) get together.
The Weatherfield residents enjoyed a meal together during Wednesday’s (September 27) episode of the ITV soap as teacher Daniel asked Ryan if he would visit the STC to give a talk to students about the impact violent crime has on its victims. Fans will know that Ryan is a victim of a acid attack and has been struggling to deal with his scars.
However, as Daniel asked Ryan if he was up for speaking to the youngsters, viewers at home were left wondering if the unlikely pair could end up getting together behind Daisy Midgeley’s (Charlotte Jordan) back. The barmaid has previously been romantically linked to both men.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan penned: “Ryan & Daniel are hot they would make a cute gay couple. Ryan has better chemistry with Daniel than Daisy. #Corrie. Another added: “Ryan and Daniel affair when? The sexual tension is unmatched.” A third person said: “Everyone on the tag shipping a Ryan and Daniel affair.”
It comes after Daniel discovered Ryan’s steroid addiction which saw the latter fly into an explosive rage. Ryan started taking steroids after the horrific attack and has since become addicted to them. While Ryan believes that they are helping him with his fitness journey, they are also causing him to lose his temper much more often.
Viewers recently saw Ryan lash out at his aunt Carla Barlow (Alison King) after taking them, in a moment of uncontrollable rage. That rage was unleashed once more in upcoming scenes as when Ryan is targeted by bullies in the street.

Ryan was in the process of hunting for a flat when Lauren Bolton (Cait Fitton) offered him her spare room. He was quick to agree, despite concern from Carla and Daisy, and was soon preparing for the move. With Daniel determined to make up for some previous jealous behaviour, he offered Ryan a helping hand moving, and together they set about carrying Ryan’s things to his new flat.

However, a group of nasty lads spotted Ryan and began to make jibes about his scars, and Ryan lashed out in a rage. Daniel stepped in to calm Ryan down but as they got back to the task at hand, Daniel was left with a shock. As he picks up Ryan’s belongings, he found the testosterone he has been injecting.
