Coronation Street’s Paul Foreman could be set to cheat on his new husband Billy Mayhew as their “intimate” relationship blossoms, AI has claimed.
Over the past 12 months, ITV fans have been following the fan-favourite’s emotional decline of his terminal illness motor neuron disease. The hunk has slowly lost the ability of his legs as his illness progresses, with the star – played by Peter Ash – now starting to lose his ability to speak.
But it hasn’t just been doom and gloom for Paul, who finally tied the know with the deacon back in October. As his condition continues to decline, the pair have enlisted the help of a professional carer he approaches the final months of his life.

On Wednesday (December 29), fans were introduced to Paul’s new assistant Moses and it’s fair to say the hunk is certainly easy on the eyes. As the pair grow closer and closer, Daily Star has quizzed one of the world’s most popular artificially intelligent ‘creative’ tools Bard AI to see if an affair could happen between Paul and Moses.
It explained: “It is possible that Paul Foreman could cheat on Billy Mayhew with his new carer Moses.” The program went on to point out three possible factors that could lead Paul to cheat on his husband just months after tying the knot.
The first being Paul’s vulnerability and dependency on his new carer. It suggested: “Paul’s illness has rendered him vulnerable and dependent on Moses for his daily needs. This intimacy could create a space for emotional attachment and dependence beyond just caregiving, potentially blurring the lines.”
Another factor could be Paul’s desire for a distraction from his current circumstances. Bard AI suggested: £Moses’ youthful presence and easy-going nature could off Paul a welcome escape from the challenges of his illness and relationship with Billy.
“The temptation of excitement and something new might be alluring, especially if Paul feels neglected or unappreciated.” Finally, the system suggested that jealousy and suspicion could drive a wedge between Paul and Billy and lead his eye to wander.
It went on; “External factors like gossip, misinterpretations, or even deliberate manipulation by someone with an agenda could fuel suspicion and jealousy, creative a false narrative that drives a wedge between Paul and Billy, making Paul more susceptible to Moses’ charms.”
The program went on to hypothesise that the pair may stay faithful to each other despite their recent struggles. It added: “Paul and Billy share a deep love and commitment built on years of shared history and experiences.

“Paul’s illness might even strengthen their bond as they rely on each other for support.” It wouldn’t be the first time Paul nearly cheated on Billy after he found himself in bed with a friend just weeks after he found out about his diagnosis.
And it appears as though Bard AI isn’t the only one who believes the pair may hook up in the future. After watching the medical professional give Paul a much-needed massage, fans flooded to social media platform X – formerly known as Twitter – to share their suspicions online.
One user penned: “I’m wondering is Moses is gay and if he’s gonna come between Billy and Paul? #Corrie.” Another agreed: “As Moses parted the Red Sea, what’s the odds that he’ll be parting Paul and Billy? #corrie.”

A third pointed out: “That’s quite a steamy back rub there Paul [shifty eyes emoji] #Corrie.” Meanwhile, others believe that Billy will fall for Moses in the new year as Paul’s condition gets progressively worse.
One fan posted: “#corrie will Moses be Paul’s carer and then when Paul dies, Billy and Moses will get together after bonding over the loss [shifty eyes emoji].” Another echoed: “Billy is definitely going to end up with Moses after Paul dies on #corrie.”
Fans will have to stay tuned to see whether the pair will stay together or fall into a steamy affair.
