Love Island fans are gearing up for the show’s first-ever All Stars series – and it’s set to be packed full of drama, flirting and romance.
The brand new series, fronted by Maya Jama, kicks off on Monday (January 15). This time though, viewers are being treated to blasts from the past as a slew of previous Islanders have signed up to the sun-soaked dating show to find love again.
The iconic villa is opening its doors to alumni like Chris Taylor, Demi Jones, Hannah Elizabeth and Toby Aromolaran. Exes Liberty Poole and Jake Cornish, from series seven, are also appearing.

And it’s fair to say plenty of these famous faces have had dramatic transformations in recent years. Some of them are barely recognisable in the new glossy promo shots, according to fans.
From boob jobs to hair transplants, many have admitted to getting cosmetic work done, following their villa fame. So, with the new All Stars series starting, Daily Star is taking a look at the cast’s biggest transformations since their original Love Island series.
Anton Danyluk
Former gym owner Anton appeared on series five back in 2019. In the villa, he was paired with Belle Hassan, and he made it all the way through to day 56.
However, after the show ended they dated for just five weeks before splitting up. And it’s fair to say he’s coming back to the villa looking very different – as he attempts to find love for the second time.
Since his first stint, Anton has undergone a major body transformation. Earlier this month, he showed off his new physique in a jaw-dropping social media post.
Looking ripped and buff, Anton uploaded a before and after picture for his loyal fans. In the caption he explained how he was able to change his life after feeling “broken” and going through a dark period following his first Love Island appearance.
Georgia Harrison
Fans will recall that Georgia starred in series three of Love Island back in 2017. Joining as a bombshell, she caused plenty of chaos among the Islanders when she joined the show.
She ended up getting dumped with future Geordie Shore star Sam Gowland on day 34. The pair dated for a while outside of the show but shortly called it quits.
In 2020, Georgia revealed she had a boob job to boost her cup size from 32B to 32C. It’s been reported that she forked out £6k for the boob job. Explaining her decision to go under the knife, she said she felt “self-conscious” with smaller breasts.
She told Closer Magazine: “I’d see myself on TV wearing swimwear and think, ‘Oh, my boobs don’t look good’, and it made me feel very self-conscious.”
Jake Cornish
Jake appeared on the sun-soaked dating show in 2021, and struck up a relationship with Brummie babe Liberty Poole – who is also back for the All-Stars series. The pair had a smooth journey to start with but things turned sour quickly.
After realising Jake was not The One she ended things with the water engineer. She then left the villa by herself and as a single woman.
Since then, Jake’s undergone a jaw-dropping transformation. A regular on Instagram, he has been sharing updates of his new look, including a remarkable body transformation.
He also revealed that he underwent a hair transplant in 2022. Jake opted for a Follicular Unit Extraction (FEU) transplant, with hair grafted into his scalp.
He decided to have it done after feeling inside about his receding hairline. Apparently, he was unable to maintain his preferred “long and slicked back” hairstyle.
Hannah Elizabeth
Liverpool-born Hannah appeared on the very first series back in 2015 and instantly became an iconic Islander. The Love Island alum also famously got engaged to Jon Clark on the show and made it all the way to the final.
Things didn’t go to plan for blonde beauty Hannah though. Not long after the show finished, it was announced that she and Jon had ended things.
These days, the former Playboy Bunny turned model sports a very different look. Over the years, blonde bombshell Hannah has had a slew of cosmetic procedures – from a couple of boob jobs to nose jobs.
In 2018, she went under the knife again for a BBL (Brazilian Bum Lift). No stranger to talking about her cosmetic journey, Hannah has also spoke out about her mission to become a real life Bratz doll.
Last year, she got canthoplasty, which is also known as a fox eye lift, in Turkey. She also went under the knife for another boob job, upping her breast implants from 700 cc to 1050 cc.
In a post to her Instagram story, Hannah said: “Day one I feel like a Bratz. I’m obsessed. Couldn’t have asked for more. Exactly what I wanted, I’m made up.”

Georgia appeared as a bombshell on Love Island’s fourth series back in 2018. She initially hit it off with Josh Denzel and the pair soon coupled up.
However, in one of the most memorable moments on the show, Josh recoupled with Kaz Crossley in infamous Casa Amor. Georgia eventually moved on with Sam Bird – but split on the outside not long after.

After the show, it’s been reported Georgia has had some cosmetic work done. The TV star had a face-tightening procedure in 2020 which uses lasers to create a “dermal wound.”
This is to encourage collagen production and tighten the skin. It’s also been reported that Georgia has allegedly had a nose job too – but she has never confirmed this.
