Good Morning Britain star Adil Ray walked out of the studio after a jibe from his co-star.
It seems Adil wasn’t too pleased with a joke made by his co-host Kate Garraway on Wednesday morning (August 21) – and he made her pay for it. The ITV star jokingly stormed off set as if he was too offended to carry on with the show.
The pair were discussing water pollution and Adil told Kate the river near him in London had also been affected. Kate decided to poke fun at her co-star as it seemed rather obvious which river he was talking about.

She asked: “The Thames? That river near you in London?”. Kate couldn’t help laughing as Adil looked into the camera and shook his head as if to suggest he didn’t like being mocked.
Kate tried to reign it in as she said: “Sorry, I don’t know what’s wrong with me this morning! I’ve gone all giddy.” But Adil decided to take it to another level as he grabbed some paper from the desk and jokingly walked off.
Kate begged him: “Don’t you walk out! Don’t you walk out.” The GMB theme started playing in the background, suggesting the show was about to go to an ad break.
Kate joked she may be left along for the rest of the programme as she told viewers: “You’re watching Good Morning Britain on ITV1 which may be hosted by one, you never know.” She yelled to Adil: “Come back!”
The camera turned to Adil who had gone out of the door and into the corridor. It was clearly all in good spirits as he re-appeared with a large grin on his face (much to Kate’s relief).
Later on, Kate suggested Adil would storm out again. When speaking to entertainment reporter Richard Arnold, the star had said something which ruffled Adil and there was an awkward silence before Adil let out a cough.
Kates quipped: “He may storm out the other way this time.” The panel laughed as the sound effect of a boxing bell was played in the studio.
