Maura Higgins has been living the high life in Los Angeles after she was at the centre of a scandal involving her I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! campmate Danny Jones
Maura Higgins could be seen at a party with A-list friends Kylie Jenner and Hailey Bieber, as the former Love Island star appeared to enjoy the first day of Coachella Festival.
The 34-year-old reality star shared a photo from an exclusive party at Coachella where she was spotted with the LA celebrities, enjoying a party at an 818 Tequila event. The drink is owned by Kendall Jenner, the second youngest Kardashian sister. Posting the photo including her and the three celebrities to her Instagram stories, Maura wrote the caption: “Does this mean we’re besties now?”
Maura recently came under fire after a video was leaked of her and Danny Jones sharing a drunken kiss backstage at a BRITS afterparty. Danny since released an apology statement on his Instagram, but Maura kept quiet about the situation.
Following this, Maura has been working in California on a new campaign for a popular fashion brand, Oh Polly. Maura previously shared a video to her social media dressed in a Western style outfit as she posed for a photoshoot in a desert location for the brand.
She shot the campaign in Los Angeles, and donned white mini dress and cowboy boots while posing for the camera. That was the first video shared to her Instagram feed since the video following the BRIT Awards scandal.
The caption teased, “Who’s ready for Coachella?”.
This was not the first time Maura was spotted with an A-lister, as she was joined by Margot Robbie for lunch and a shot of gin last week. Barbie star Margot, is a Love Island superfan and invited the villa alum to lunch.
Maura took to Instagram with snaps from the boozy lunch, where the pair enjoyed glasses of Margot’s own gin, Papa Salt Coastal gin. She shared a video of them celebrating the launch of the gin in the UK alongside the caption: “Got me on shots at 2pm WHAT A WOMAN!!!!”
Margot smiled in the photo and donned an oversized denim shirt over a black top, and Maura looked glam in a white tweed top teamed with a pair of shades. Before the lunch, Maura had excitedly told followers: “When Margot Robbie invites you to lunch… you go!”
Meanwhile, Danny Jones has kept a low profile. In his apology statement, the McFly singer said: “Hello everyone, sorry it’s taken me a while to post this but I’ve taken some time out to be with those closest to me.
“I want to deeply apologise to my wife and family for putting them in this situation. I love them so much and we’ll continue to deal with this privately.
“I love you guys, thank you for your patience, understanding, and support. See you all soon, Danny.”
