Freddie Mercury’s “secret daughter” has been announced to the world.
The bombshell new biography Love, Freddie, tells the story of a child who was conceived accidentally during a fling with the wife of a close friend.
The Daily Mail reported that in chapter one of the book the daughter, known only as ‘B’, says: ‘Freddie Mercury was and is my father. We had a very close and loving relationship from the moment I was born and throughout the final 15 years of his life.”
“He adored me and was devoted to me. The circumstances of my birth may seem, by most people’s standards, unusual and even outrageous. That should come as no surprise.”

The fact that Freddie has a daughter will come as a complete shock to the singer’s fans – there was never any suggestion that he had any children.

Freddie’s daughter, who is reportedly now 48, lives in Europe, works as a medical professional and is a mother, told her story to biographer Lesley-Ann Jones.
Her existence was allegedly only known for Freddie’s inner circle, which included his parents, his sister, his fellow Queen band members and the love of his life Mary Austin.

Freddie reportedly visited her “frequently” and gave her 17 of his journals before his death. The Queen frontman sadly died of bronchial pneumonia caused by Aids back in 1991.
Mercury’s daughter’s mother is believed to have died years ago.
