Stunning Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden had no idea that the release of her new Christmas single would be so impactful.

After the festive hit was unveiled on her radio breakfast show, the TV bombshell took to Instagram to share a snippet of the new record with her 1.6million fans.

Trying to shed some positivity, on what has seemingly been one of the worst years on record in a long time, she penned: “My new Christmas song is out now.

“It’s been a difficult year for us all but one of the positives to come from 2020 has been the extra time we’ve been given to engage with friends, neighbours, and our families. ‘Home’ means love.

“This Christmas let’s all make that extra special effort to connect in whatever way we can with one another.

“Making someone feel they are not alone is one of the greatest gifts we can give in 2020.

“I cried this morning listening to it on Heart FM. Not the best way to start the morning before school but so glad and so proud of you Amanda,” wrote one.

Another follower couldn’t fight off the waves of sadness either, adding: “It makes me cry,” followed by a trio of tearful emojis.

The blonde bombshell has been busy in recent weeks, plugging signed copies of her new album Songs From My Heart.

After featuring as a panellist on BGT for over 14-years, she has done her fair share of judging some of the singers of the competition and decided to try out her own vocals after being inspired.

Previously on the talent scouting programme, she unleashed her first single I Know Him So Well alongside Two Pints Of Lager And A Packet Of Crisps star Sheridan Smith.
