Ben Shephard branded his co-star Charlotte Hawkins “really hot” in a cheeky moment on Good Morning Britain.
The 45-year-old television star was chatting to Kate Garraway about the newsreader’s new classical album, Mindful Moments.
Holding up the record, Kate Garraway remarked: “Ben just drifts off to a happy place every time he looks at this album album cover, don’t you?”
Grinning, he replied: “I just want to stroke it.”
“That’s why she’s not in the studio by the way”, Kate laughed.
Ben gushed: “I keep looking at that thinking ‘I work with her. She’s really hot.””
Kate fell into fits of giggles after Ben’s comment as she couldn’t believe he had said it.

Popular GMB presenter Ben, who also hosts Tipping Point, has been married to wife Annie Perks since 2004.
The couple dated for nine years before tying the knot, and share two teenage sons – Jack, 14, and Sam, 13.
Ben and Annie celebrated a quarter of a century together earlier this year, and Ben posted a sweet tribute about his beloved wife on Instagram.

The television star swooned: “Can’t quite believe another year has gone past, suddenly this one feels all the more poignant because of what’s happening.
“16 years married to @mrsannieshephard 25 years together and it’s fair to say the current climate is seriously testing the strength of her feelings towards me.”
The media personality also took Annie to the venue of their wedding day – the Burgh Island Hotel – for a romantic evening out.

Journalist Charlotte Hawkins is married to Mark Herbert, and the couple celebrated their 12-year wedding anniversary this year.
The couple met in 2003, and tied the knot in Chichester Cathedral, with Charlotte’s dad acting as the clergyman at the altar.
They are parents to daughter Ella Rose, and welcomed her into the world in 2015.
