Weight loss is part and parcel of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, as contestants are forced to survive on a diet of rice and beans for weeks on end.
Each year, certain celebs admit to shedding the pounds during their time in the jungle, crossing the rope bridge feeling a little lighter.
This year, the series was shorter than ever, but it didn’t stop some contestants from seeing their bodies transform on the show.
The likes of Vernon Kay and Jordan North admitted to slimming down during their stint in North Wales’ Gwrych Castle, their I’m A Celeb uniforms feeling a little looser when the show ended.
Below we take a look at some of this year’s weight loss revelations, as the 2020 series draws to a close.

BBC Radio 1 DJ Jordan North almost won the series, finishing in second place to podcaster Giovanna Fletcher.
Days before the finale, Jordan, 30, was elated to discover he had a “six-pack” lurking under his T-shirt, three weeks into the competition.
During a shower scene with Shane Richie, the radio star exclaimed over his weight loss, having swapped beer for water in the camp.
The I’m A Celeb finalist confessed he regularly exercises, but felt his healthy diet in the castle was responsible for his trim new physique.
Shane exclaimed: “You’ve got a bit ripped there, mate. You have, you’ve got a little six-pack going on.”
As the pair gestured to the definition around Jordan’s abs, he remarked: “I’ve not seen that before. That’s because I’ve not drunk beer.”
Hollie Arnold

Paralympian Hollie Arnold, 26, was the first campmate to get eliminated this year, leaving the competition in week two.
The medal-winner admitted she’d shed “nearly a stone” while filming, hoping to make back the muscle mass in the coming months.
Appearing on the ITV hub spin-off show The Daily Drop, Hollie discussed her weight loss, saying: “I’ve currently lost nearly a stone so I’m actually really happy.
“I also kind of feel bad as I feel like I’ve lost a bit of muscle mass, too.”
The champion javelin thrower added she’d tucked into her favourite treats as soon as she left the castle, saying: “I saw chips and crisps and went straight for that. Food, flavour, salt! After that much chips [mimes small amount] I was like, ‘I feel sick’.”
Shane Richie

While EastEnders actor Shane Richie, 56, hasn’t revealed exactly how much weight he lost in the jungle, his wife has noticed his shrinking frame.
Christie Goddard, who wed the actor in 2007, pointed out his face was visibly slimmer as the weeks went on.
Speaking to The Mirror, she swooned: “I am really surprised at how different he looks. We knew he would lose some weight and in some respects he went in there looking at it like a boot camp.”
Christie suggested the weight loss has brought a “twinkle” back to her hubby’s eye.
The mum-of-four added: “To see that jawline after all these years, it was like greeting an old friend! I haven’t seen it in years. I wonder if he can keep all the weight off.”
Vernon Kay

Having lasted until the final, Vernon Kay admitted his waistline shrunk dramatically during his time on the show.
The former Family Fortunes presenter, 46, lost a whopping two and a half stone in the Welsh castle, he has revealed.
Thankfully, his Strictly Come Dancing wife Tess Daly is on hand to help him gain back the weight in the run-up to Christmas.
Taking to Instagram, she said: “Vern told me he’s lost 30lb in weight!
“So I’ve been shopping to get some of his fave foods ready for his return… mostly meat, chocolate and of course his favourite Yorkshire Tea bags.”
