Lisa Snowdon has stripped down to her bra to flaunt her sensational transformation amid her health kick journey.
The former model, 48, who hosted Britain’s Next Top Model from 2006 to 2009, took to her official Instagram account to share the progress pic with her followers.
She said how she is feeling more confident in herself after undergoing the health journey, which has seen her ditch booze and turn to a vegan diet.
In a bid to “reset” her body and help her improve her sleep she decided to make the big lifestyle changes – but says she never ever weighs herself.

The beauty estimated that she has lost around a stone since making the changes.
In the snap, the stunning brunette can be seen posing as she sits on the floor in a skimpy snake-print sports bra.
She paired it with a set of matching snake print leggings, which hugged tightly to her skin.
In the first picture, Lisa sat with her back straight as she flaunted her flat tummy.
But in true Lisa style in the second snap she leaned forward to show off her natural stomach as she embraced her curves.

Wearing her long brunette locks down, she let her hair tousle down her slender frame.
Taking the selfie with her phone pointed at the mirror she was sitting in front of, she couldn’t help but grin.
Taking to the caption, Lisa typed up what has been going on with her journey.
She wrote: “Been booze-free for 3 weeks now and pretty much on a plant-based diet for about 6 weeks- Wasn’t about losing weight, wasn’t meant to be for this long it was about having a reset, improving the quality of my sleep and trying to curb my sugar cravings mid-afternoon.
“I don’t weigh myself, I don’t even own scales, as I know what I’m like and I’d be on and off them most days which I don’t think for me is healthy, but I do know that I have lost weight.
“I can tell by the way my clothes fit. Maybe a stone who knows….. I will also tell you that the photos you see on Instagram are the edited, the sometimes retouched, the filtered, the hold everything in including your breath till you’ve taken the pic tense it all and then swipe to the second pic where you let it all hang out.
“My body whatever the angle doesn’t repel me, and at almost 49 yrs old I’m proud of that attitude, I have acceptance. The stretch marks, the story they tell, I truly have love and respect for all my body has been through, the illnesses, the operations and the strength that it has day to day.”
She continued: “Don’t get me wrong I still want to look after myself the best I can. Keep fit and healthy, eat well, exercise and try to fight gravity, a near-impossible mission! Hahaha! Just a little body-positive post on a cold Thursday morning.”
