The Masked Singer UK series two only kicked off on Saturday night and fans are convinced they’ve already worked out the famous face behind the Dragon disguise.
Six out of the 12 characters took to the stage for the first time to perform for viewers at home, the studio audience and, of course, celebrity detectives Davina McCall, Rita Ora, Jonathan Ross, and Mo Gilligan.
However, Dragon left both the panel and fans scratching their heads after their stunning performance of Randy Newman’s You’ve Got A Friend In Me from Toy Story.
In their opening VT, Dragon said they “just want to be loved,” and the rainbow belly left fans thinking the celebrity could be a member of the LGBTQ+ community or a well-known supporter.
They also explained that they “may be cute but sometimes have a fiery temper”.

The introduction clip also showed the big, green, cuddly character knocking over a dolls’ house, finding bundles of cash and walking near a castle.
Dragon’s performance left the famous detectives divided as Davina McCall was convinced it’s a female, while her co-stars were certain it’s a male celebrity.
Viewers speculated a variety of different RuPaul Drag Race stars from Michelle Visage to Davina de Campo could be in the person in the Dragon costume.

However, an unearthed clip of Courtney Act, real name Shane Jenek, performing You’ve Got A Friend In Me live on stage with fellow Drag Race pal Adore Delano has since done the rounds on social media.
Eagled-eyed fans rushed to the comment section underneath the short video on YouTube to suggest that Dragon must be Courtney.
One fan penned: “Definitely the Dragon!”
Another added: “We know it’s her.”
Sharing the video on Twitter, a third person wrote: “If this isn’t the dragon on The Masked Singer. The voices are identical.”

Australian drag queen, singer and television personality Courtney is no stranger to appearing on reality shows across the globe.
The 38-year-old star has appeared on Australian Idol, RuPaul Drag Race season six, The Dancing with the Stars, Celebrity Karaoke Club and was crowned the winner of Celebrity Big Brother in 2018.
After an epic head-to-head battle with Swan, Dragon won the most votes from the studio audience, and therefore went straight through to the next stage of the competition.
There were plenty of clues on offer hinting at Dragon’s true identity but both fans and the judging panel simply couldn’t get their heads around who it could be.
While Dragon’s mask currently remains on, fans will have to wait and see who it is.
The Masked Singer continues on ITV on Saturday at 7pm
