Strictly Come Dancing star Oti Mabuse refused to back down during a recent appearance on It Takes Two, joined by her celebrity dance partner Bill Bailey.
When presenter Rylan Clark Neal suggested the double act enjoyed an “unfair advantage” in the competition, Oti, 30, was quick to snap back.
The interview started with a discussion about Oti and Bill’s upcoming Strictly performance, as they practice their Argentine tango in preparation for Saturday’s show.
It all kicked off when Rylan, 32, said: “I don’t like to bring this up because I don’t like to start the rumour mill but you guys have an unfair advantage.”
Oti immediately fired back: “No, don’t start with that on It Takes Two.”

However, Rylan was quick to ease any tensions in the studio, assuring Oti the “unfair advantage” he referred to was a light-hearted one.
The former X Factor star pointed out Bill’s wife, Kris Bailey, had been cooking their meals for them throughout the competition – giving them extra time to practice.
Rylan said: “Your lovely wife has been cooking for the pair of you. Some of the supplies being Japanese Burgers, a Chicken, Chilli and Tortilla Soup and Coriander Marinated Grilled Salmon.”
He then whipped out a gold box containing one of her delicious home-cooked meals, presenting it to the Strictly contestants as a gift.

Kris, who married Bill 22 years ago, has sweetly been preparing the meals from scratch to give the dancers fuel for their performances.
Delighted to enjoy regular home-cooked meals, Oti previously thanked Kris for her generosity, sharing a snap of one of their gourmet meals over Twitter.
At the time, she said: “Everyday Mrs Bailey makes us lunch and dinner.
“Living alone at the moment and training all day this is the only way I get a home-cooked meal. What a queen. Adore her @BillBailey.”

Bill and Oti are currently frontrunners in the competition, impressing the judges each week with their choreography and determination.
And, as Oti swept up the Glitterball Trophy with last year’s champion Kelvin Fletcher, the Strictly professional has got form when it comes to winning.
Could Bill and Oti be crowned this year’s champions of the dance floor?
