Britain’s Got Talent star Amanda Holden has defended her plunging dresses on the ITV show after sparking complaints from viewers for flashing too much flesh.
Amanda, 49, appeared on Loose Women to defend herself after 235 viewers complained to Ofcom about a plunging blue dress, which they said exposed her nipples, and another 136 weren’t happy with a purple and lace dress she wore last weekend.
Talking to the panel, Amanda said she can’t believe the backlash over her showing off her boobs as she told people to enjoy them while they last.
Pointing to her chest, Amanda said: “Fashion does not have an age limit…

“It drives me mad that these nearly 50 year old boobs get all the attention when I’m sat next to Alesha Dixon who is ten years younger and who wears loads of things down here!”
She added: “I just think I reach a big round number next year and these things are going to start dropping off.
“And so they’ll drop out of the news so enjoy it while it lasts.”
Amanda also addressed the backlash in a previous episode of Britain’s Got Talent, as fans asked whether she had suffered a wardrobe malfunction in her plunging navy frock.
She said: “I can see what people think, it had a like an underwire, you know when you have an underwire bikini or bra, the end of it it’s like an upside down U isn’t it. The end of it dug in.
“I was more insulted that people thought I had either huge saucepan nipples or nipples over my cleavage.

“I am seriously thinking my girls (boobs) need separate representation to me, because they are known on their own. They don’t need me, they’re going to go off and do Piers Morgan’s Life Stories on their own next year!”
Amanda also opened up about fellow BGT judge Simon Cowell’s recovery after he broke his back after a freak accident on an electric bike in Los Angeles.
She told the panel: “He’s doing really well. I keep in touch with Lauren every week, and it was his birthday yesterday, he turned 61.
“She said his will and his determination is brilliant and they’ve got round-the-clock care [in Los Angeles].
“He’ll be back I have no doubt.”
BGT concludes on Saturday at 7.30pm on ITV.
