Countryfile presenter Helen Skelton has given fans a glimpse of the behind-the-scenes action on Sky TV show A League Of Their Own.
The blonde beauty shared a photo with her 202,000 Instagram followers which saw her having to squeeze into a seriously tight harness belt that looked like some sort of corset.
The 37-year-old was smiling in the photo, however she told her fans all about how uncomfortable it was – as well as the unusual side effect.
Helen wrote in the caption: “Always end up in a harness whenever I go on A League Of Their Own and this time was no different.”

She went on: “Not complaining these things give you a figure like Jessica Rabbit.”
But the mum-of-two added: “Shame they are so bloody uncomfortable.”
In the photo, Helen could be seen holding the top while someone else buckled up all the straps around her waist, giving her a majorly cinched in look.
The photo racked up more than 4,700 likes as well as plenty of comments from her fans and famous friends.

Former Coronation Street star Catherine Tyldesley wrote: “Absolute legend.”
But Helen replied: “Absolute fool!”
While one follower told Helen: “Jessica Rabbit has nothing on you lovely.”
And another added: “Well done Helen, always showing the boys how it’s done.”
Despite the uncomfortable situation, Helen got stuck in on the challenges and shared a look at her leaping from a transparent beam on the show.
She captioned the show: “A winner’s jump. Sexy… I know.”
Helen also shared a throwback to a time before the coronavirus lockdown when people didn’t have to follow social distancing rules.
In it, she stood next to A League Of Their Own star Romesh Ranganathan with both of them all smiles.
She wrote over the top: “Way back when we were allowed to hug! Bravo Romesh on holding the hot seat. Throwback to last time at A League Of Their Own… this time was very different.”
