This Morning ‘s Eamonn Holmes fears that he is on a four year count down until his death, predicting that he will die aged 64.
The 60-year-old host is convinced that he will follow in his father’s footsteps and will die at the very same age.
Although the national treasure did confess to having a “lust for life” and is far from giving up on his ambitions.
Eamonn’s dad sadly passed away after suffering a heart attack at age 64, leaving the TV favourite believing his fate will follow suit.
Reflecting on the loss of his father, he revealed an extensive list of achievements that he still has to complete before his time is up on this planet.

The death of Eamonn’s dad left him yearning to fulfil all his dreams ahead of his time running out.
Alongside wife and This Morning co-star Ruth Langsford, 60, he spoke openly about his fears for the future.
He said: “My father was dead at 64. He died of a heart attack.
“That gives me four years.”
Not wanting to discuss the morbid subject, Ruth swiftly interjected but verified her husband’s true outlook on the matter.
Ruth said: “Don’t talk like that,’ but you do think like that.”
The married couple had both joined The Journey podcast with Pete Snodden, in a tell all interview.
Relaying that his time was far from up, Eamonn added: “There are projects that I crave and I’ve got interests in lots of things.

“There are things I would like to do. I’d like to do biopics on people. I would like to interview Clint Eastwood.”
Eamonn has had his health battles over the years.
Back in 2016, he faced a double hip replacement and at the ripe age of 50, he began to lose his hearing, that later resulted in the star obtaining a hearing aid.
After obtaining his new hearing gadget, Eamonn hilariously described the phase in his life as the “manopause”.
He said: “I’m not a superhuman. But I have a positivity, a lust for life. I don’t feel that I want t slow up.”
