Former EastEnders star Tony Discipline has ditched his acting career to become a firefighter.
The hunky actor, 31, played Tyler Moon in the BBC one soap from 2011 to 2013.
Tony surprised his social media followers when he shared a snap of himself in his uniform earlier this month.
He also shared a snap of himself in front of a fire engine wearing hi-vis trousers and a red London Fire Brigade t-shirt.
The ex-soap star originally revealed his career change to his 10,400 Instagram followers back in March.
Many fans originally thought he was dressed as a character for a new role but Tony has since revealed he’s now a fireman.

EastEnders fans rushed to leave a flirty message with the star underneath Tony’s most recent Instagram grid update.
One fan gushed: “Jeez Tony you can’t put a photo like this up and not expect to have ladies swooning!”
Another added: “Congratulations on the job you’ll do great.”
A third said: “With arms that size a fireman’s lift would be no problem.”
While a fourth posted: “Well done Tony.”

Former EastEnders star James Forde, who became a builder after leaving his role as Liam Butcher, commented: “Fair play geeza good on ya! We’ve both gone back down to reality!”
Speaking to Inside Soap in 2017, Tony said he was open to returning to the long-running show as Alfie Moon’s cousin.
Speaking at the time: he said: “When it was time to leave the show, I didn’t want to go – however, there were no more storylines for Tyler.
“The best thing to do was have him go off on that cruise, but it’s been a blimmin’ long holiday. I think it’s time he came back.

“When I got the call for EastEnders, it was like winning the lottery.”
He added: “I was working at Billingsgate Fish Market in the day and going to acting classes at night.
“It was so surreal to go from selling sea bass to being stopped in the street and asked for a picture.”
Tony previously dated his EastEnders co-star Jacqueline Jossa but the couple split in 2013.
Jacquline, who is married to TOWIE’s Dan Osborne, played Lauren Branning in the soap for eight years from 2010 until 2018.
EastEnders continues on BBC One on Thursday at 7.35pm
