Discussing positive vibes and self-worth, the 39-year-old, who just wrapped her series Diva on Lockdown on ITVBe, looked fresh-faced as she posed against a hedge.
Using nature as her backdrop, the TOWIE star rolled back the years in the youthful-looking snap as she clutched on to a bouquet of flowers.
Sporting a noticeably slimmer face, and sun-kissed complexion, Gemma wore an off-the-shoulder t-shirt and she flashed a grin for the camera.
She let her blonde tresses fall past her shoulders – and to accompany the sassy snap she shared her pearls of wisdom with her 1.8million followers.

The self-proclaimed diva decided to disable the comments on her latest snap, however, her fans have recently been gushing over her svelte figure thanks to a photo she posted on the ‘gram earlier this week.

Gemma has been on a weight-loss mission as of late, and enjoyed the rewards of her fitness routine by flaunting her svelte figure in a pretty orange dress.
Opting for a midi frock with a cinched-in waist, the Essex native looked stunning in the summery get-up – and her fans soon piled on the compliments.
One wrote: “This looks fab on you,” while another added: “You’re so beaut.”
The reality TV star has shifted three stone since her appearance on Dancing on Ice last year, but admitted she hopes to lose more weight.
Speaking to The Sun, she explained: “I’d be really happy if I lost six stone as that would bring me down to 12 stone and a size 16.
“My boobs are so big and I want to get them reduced in January, but I have to lose three stone before they can operate.”
