Gordon Ramsay was seen donning his wetsuit to go for an evening swim after angering Cornwall locals with a series of bike rides amid the nation’s coronavirus lockdown.
The TV chef showed off his athletic physique on his personal Instagram page as he posed for a snap in the skintight swimwear on the beach.
Gordon, 53, penned alongside the snap: “Perfect evening swim…..it’s always important to push yourself especially right now, healthy body with a healthy positive mind.”
Gordon’s social media update comes after he risked annoying Cornish neighbours yet again after going for another bike ride along the coast, followed by a walk.
The Hell’s Kitchen star posted a string of videos showing the breathtaking views near his family’s £4million holiday home, as well as a snap of his bicycle during the outing.

Urging his followers to get outside earlier this week, Gordon said: “Wake up its a beautiful morning, wake up it’s a beautiful day, get your a** on the bike and move.
“Had a quick cup of tea and then decided to attack some hills on this beautiful machine. Move your a**.”
He was still out in the fresh air at the end of the day, returning to Instagram to film the view.
He said: “As the sun sets on the stunning Daymer Bay. Come on, that’s beautiful.”

Gordon and his family swapped London or the second home on the Cornish coast for the lockdown period, earning him a frosty reception from some locals, one whom even threatened to call the police on him.
He was also warned by the coastguard over lockdown breaches.
A Maritime and Coastguard Agency source told the Daily Mail: “We have reports of him being seen in dozens of different places since lockdown started.
“He does not seem to be obeying the rules regarding social distancing, exercise and staying at home.

“One of our staff spoke to him about the frequency with which he was being seen out and about, and the significant distances. After a period of reflection, he seemed to calm himself and took on board what was being conveyed in a most polite manner.”
Gordon hasn’t directly responded to suggestions he is acting irresponsibly.
However, Gordon has continued to take in his idyllic surroundings, with the chef seen taking a stroll on the beach on Saturday with his wife Tanya, daughter Tilly, 18 and sons Jack, 20, and one-year-old Oscar.
The TV personality also came under fire last week after it emerged he had gone through a red light while on a 26-mile cycle with the moment caught on a local’s dashcam.
