Harry Redknapp appeared on This Morning today, ahead of the release of the new season of Harry’s Heroes which airs this week.
As soon as the 73-year-old called in via video chat, hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield were keen to hear how he and Sandra were coping during the lockdown.
Holly asked: “How are you doing in lockdown, how’s Sandra?”
The football legend revealed his beloved wife, Sandra Redknapp, had saved him during the quarantine period – by teaching him how to use technology.
He said: “Sandra really has helped me. Without her doing I wouldn’t; have a clue I’m useless. She’s picked it up very well.”

Before joking: “She wants pay at the moment for all the work she’s done!”
Harry and Sandra tied the knot back in 1967, and have two sons together – Sky Sports pundit Jamie and model Mark.
The sweethearts met in their teens in a local pub, and have been inseparable ever since.

Praising their relationship during an interview with Hello! last year, the footie star added: “She is so placid you couldn’t have a row with Sandra if you tried. If I ever do get uptight she goes, ‘Look at you, calm down.’
“And then five seconds later I have calmed down, and that’s it really. I know it might sound corny, but we very very very rarely have an argument – we really don’t, we get on great which is very lucky really.
“You are lucky to get on so well with someone and enjoy being with someone so much – I love being with Sandra – I love it, she’s my life!”

During his appearance on This Morning today, the I’m A Celeb champion admitted he was chuffed to see golf courses up and down the country reopen, after weeks of closure.
He added: “The good news for me is that the golf courses are open again so I can get out of Sandra’s way for a few hours.
“I’m off this afternoon, I’m looking forward to it getting out. It’s great news. You can play in twos with one other person.
Before finishing: “Getting out and playing golf has been a godsend for me.”
With a smile across her face, Holly was touched by the sweet message, turning to Phil and announcing: “I love Harry Redknapp!”
