Josie Cunningham has defiantly hit back at people she claims are threatening to leak private videos of her.
The controversial TV personality, who shot to notoriety after getting a boob job for free on the NHS, has joined adults-only site OnlyFans.
In a bid to promote the content, Josie, who was dubbed an NHS scrounger after her free operation, has decided to release a video of herself performing oral sex online.
In the 39-second clip, Josie can be see looking down the camera lens before performing oral sex on a mystery man.
Speaking exclusively to Daily Star Online, Josie said: “Since I first started getting media attention I have been constantly blackmailed by people threatening to put private videos of me online.
“By doing OnlyFans I feel like I’m grabbing the bull by the horns and taking away any control they had.
“I find it really empowering and I’m not ashamed.”

Josie hopes that no only will the video put a stop to people trying to shame her, but it will also see her make serious cash via OnlyFans.
The Yorkshire lass is currently charging $20 per month for access to her page, which has the handle @JosieCunninghamOfficial.
At the time of publication she had 134 posts on the account.

Speaking in March this year, Josie revealed she had been hooking up with her “baby daughter Destiny’s step brother”.
The Leeds-born model admitted to having a relationship with a man – who was considered to be her step-son – serval months ago.
She crudely told The Mirror: “I’m not proud of sleeping with my step-son, but he is hot.
“Blood may be thicker than water, but semen is thicker than blood.”
There is no blood relation between Destiny’s daughter and her ex’s son, as he is not a biological child of her former partner.
In a statement, she explained: “He’s not blood-related to my baby’s dad and until meeting him last week I had never met him before! He’s not blood-related to me my baby or her dad in any way!”
