Kanye West showered praise on mother-in-law Kris Jenner just weeks after he branded the Kardashian matriarch “a white supremacist”.
Last month, the rapper announced he was running for president, and in a series of now-deleted tweets, took aim at the 64-year-old, claiming he wouldn’t let his children visit her, along with labelling the American mogul “Kris Jong-Un”.
Having a change of heart, the Jesus Walks hitmaker took to Twitter on Tuesday, writing: “My mother in law Kris Jenner … makes the best music playlist.”
And his public declaration soon caused a stir among his social media followers.

One wrote: “Switched up from Kris Jong Un real fast.”
“Did they take your phone?” another asked.
While a third chipped in: “She forced you to say this didn’t she.”
Kanye, who suffers from bipolar disorder, caused a rift in the Kardashian family following his public outburst on the social media site.

Wife Kardashian, 39, was reportedly “most upset” by her husband’s insults toward her mother.
“She was most upset that [Kanye] said that Kris isn’t allowed around the kids,” an insider told People magazine in July.
“Nothing could be further from the truth. Kris is an important part of the kids’ lives and Kim loves the bond they have. She’s 100% allowed around the kids.”

The couple are said to be working on their marriage after their relationship was rocked by a number of divorce claims.
During his Twitter attack, Kanye alleged he had been trying to divorce Kim for two years after she met Meek Mill for a business lunch to discuss prison reform in 2018.
Since their relationship issues became public, Kardashian had a tearful reunion with West in Wyoming, followed by a trip to the Dominican Republic with their four children.
