Loose Women star Nadia Sawalha has flaunted her curves in a bikini as she promoted body positivity.
The busty presenter, 56, took to Instagram to reveal she previously would not go on a beach without covering up due to the trauma caused by being body shamed for wearing a bikini when she was a size 14.
In the defiant post which she shared alongside a clip of her jumping in a pool wearing a bikini, she told how her self-esteem has now recovered and urged people not to judge others.
She wrote: “Years ago I got papped on a beach in a bikini and the article discussed how I could dare to go on the beach at the size I was . I was a “size 14”.
“Sadly this f****d me up for years …to the point where I literally never dared’ to go on the beach or by the pool again in a bikini again without a cover up on.

“Thank god those days are well and truly in the past ! I feel as joyful and liberated in this video as I look !!
“FREEDOM from my OWN and OTHERS ‘STINKING THINKING’ is a wonderful thing.”
The mum who has two daughters also told how she has “a dream” that other women “won’t have to go through the body fascism so many of US have had to”.

She said: “But that dream can only come true if we all work hard to make a change by being kinder to ourselves and others #letsnotjudgeeachother.

Her fans flocked to the comments section to praise her for the brave post.
