Good Morning Britain host Piers Morgan has taken another swipe at Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.
Susanna Reid’s GMB co-star says he thinks the controversial couple are taking off their royal names.
Piers’ comments come after Meghan and Harry announced a mega deal with Netflix worth a reported £112million.
Taking a jibe a Meghan, 39, and Harry, 35, Piers exclaimed: “It’s great they’ve paid back the Frogmore money, it’s great they’re not taking any more of Charles’s money, but they’ve kept the titles – and if you really want to find freedom, and you really want to divorce the country, why would you keep the titles ‘Duke and Duchess of Sussex’?
“I’m from Sussex and I bet I’ve spent more time there over the past week than they have in their entire lives, and yet they want to trade off their royal names to get all this money.”

Not stopping there, Piers added to The Sun: “The only reason Netflix is paying them all this money is because of their royal titles – you think Meghan Markle would have got £1.50 out of them without it?
“What are the odds of Meghan coming on Life Stories to be interviewed by me?
Probably minus a gazillion leagues under the sea… which is probably where she wants to put me.”
Announcing their new Netflix deal earlier this month, the couple said in a statement: “Our focus will be on creating content that informs but also gives hope.
“As new parents, making inspirational family programming is also important to us.”

It’s not known if Harry and Meghan will appear in any of the programmes they make.
Reports claim one project they have agreed to work with Netflix on is a documentary about the late Princess Diana.
It has also been claimed recently that Meghan is reportedly hoping to land an Oscar from the Netflix deal.
The former Suits star, who played Rachel Zane on the show, left her acting career behind when she married into the royal family.
However, now she and Harry have renounced their royal titles, it’s claimed Meghan hopes to finally get the Academy Award she’s always wanted, according to The Mail on Sunday.

A long-time friend of the star told the publication: “An Oscar is all Meg has ever wanted. She used to practise her acceptance speech in the mirror with a hairbrush when she was a kid of seven.
“She would also practise her signature in preparation for all the autographs she would give.
“Her absolute dream was to achieve the EGOT – the grand slam of show business – which is winning an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony award.”
The insider also said that ‘her acceptance speech has been ready for 30 years’ and suggested that she might now be finally able to use it.
