Good Morning Britain star Piers Morgan halted Wednesday’s show to wish his wife Celia Walden a happy tenth wedding anniversary – joking the brunette beauty is punching above her weight with their relationship.
Speaking alongside co-host Susanna Reid, Piers said: “Happy tenth anniversary to my wife.
“Ten years ago today, she got lucky.
“We are going to have a wild celebration – we will probably go to the kitchen and and go for the curry.
“She is punching, wow.”

As a snap of Piers and Susanna flashed up on the screen, Susanna hit back: “Honestly you are punching above your weight.”
In a message to Celia, Susanna continued: “I am glad I am able to take him off your hands every morning… at least you can have a rest.”
Piers and Celia started dating in 2006 before marrying in an intimate wedding in June 2010.
Celia gave birth to their first child in November 2011.
Piers also has three sons from a previous relationship.
Speaking earlier this year, Piers revealed he never argues with Celia at home despite his argumentative persona.
He also said the same thing on the show today as Susanna replied: “You do all your fighting on this show.”

Her comments come after the presenting duo got in a spat on yesterday’s GMB.
Piers refused to let Susanna speak after she tried to read out the government’s statement in relation to backlash from student nurses.
Talking about their rows today, Susanna said: “If you think this is bad, you should see what we’re like off-air.”
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays on ITV at 6am
