Coronation Street babe Charlotte Jordan has become a firm favourite since she joined the cast last year.
The name Daisy Midgeley was first mentioned by Jenny Connor (Sally Ann Matthews) in October 2020, and a month later, the soap announced Charlotte’s casting as mysterious Daisy.
The actress made her first appearance in Weatherfield on November 27 2020.
From her arrival, Daisy instantly took a dislike to former step-mother Jenny’s husband Johnny Connor (Richard Hawley) and worked on getting Jenny to leave him.
Her other storylines have involved her short term crushes with men who are in relationships, becoming involved in a multi-level marketing scheme and blackmailing Ronnie Bailey (Vinta Morgan).

Charlotte logged into her official Instagram page in November last year to confirm the exciting news that she’s landed a role in Corrie.
Alongside her professional shot as Daisy standing outside the Rovers Return, the brunette bombshell penned: “Hi hi! Happy Friday! News is out – I shall be joining the lovely lot on the @coronationstreet cobbles as Jenny’s step-daughter, Daisy.
“I’ll be on ya telly box soon! I knewww having a northern bestie & boyf would serve me well. #Corrie #CoronationStreet.”

Away from the cobbles, Charlotte is currently loved up with her hunky boyfriend.
She tends to keep her private life away out of the spotlight and is yet to confirm the name of her beau on her Instagram page.
In one snap, the loved-up couple can be seen posing for a snap with Charlotte’s partner holding their beloved French Bulldog named Olive.

Charlotte hilariously captioned the snap: “We’ve had Olive eleven months and eight days so as you can see I’ve been third wheeling for eleven months eight days. #BeyonceLied #ImNotIrreplaceable.”
The soap siren enlisted the help of her real-life boyfriend for upcoming Corrie scenes.
It has been no secret that some of favourite TV shows have had to use body doubles during the last year, replacing on-screen actors with stars real-life partners to film while following strict rules due to the pandemic.

Charlotte’s boyfriend will join the serial drama as Daisy makes a move on Ryan Connor.
The rest of her Instagram page is flooded with sultry mirror selfies and solo snaps of adorable Olive.
In another photograph, the Corrie star can be seen posing for a snap with her youthful father.
Charlotte can be seen with her head on her father’s shoulder in the sweet dad and daughter snap.
The TV personality cheekily captioned the Instagram grid update: “Dad told me he looked younger in this one so I have to swap it so once again HAPPY BIRTHDAY FATHER ACCEPT THAT YOUR YOUTH IS BEHIND YOU.”
Charlotte often shares snaps of her glam outfits before heading out the front door.
The production team on Coronation Street have expressed potential plans for Daisy to become a villain on the soap, which received the support of actress Jordan.
She felt that Daisy has the potential to become an “iconic bad girl” like fellow character Tracy Barlow (Kate Ford).
As well as Daisy’s troublemaking ventures, her backstory has been explored with her struggling with abandonment issues throughout her childhood.
Daisy has been well received by viewers and she’s about to show her sinister side to viewers in upcoming scenes.
The barmaid manipulates Ryan Connor into drinking so that she can have sex with him.

After pushing him to down cocktails, Daisy manages to trick him into leaving his phone so that his girlfriend Alya Nazir isn’t able to contact him at all.
Yet, as Ryan becomes more and more drunk and increasingly vulnerable, Daisy intentionally remains sober so that she can take advantage.
Fans will have to wait and what’s in store for Daisy.
