EastEnders actress Natalie Cassidy has hit out at people failing to comply with social distancing rules while in the supermarket.
The TV starlet, who plays Sonia Fowler in the hit ITV soap, took to Instagram to complain that too many shoppers have left her ‘mad’ after failing to comply with the simple instructions.
Natalie, 37, begged her supporters to listen and follow the government advice as the pandemic continues to rip through the country.
Posting a snap of her rocking star covered pyjamas, Natalie sported a sweet smile as she cradled a cup of tea in bed before making her public plea.

Alongside the post, Nat wrote: “Be kind when you’re out shopping and stop rushing because it’s driving me mad being walked into or leaned over every bloody time I go out.
“I’m really not going to take the 87 plums on the shelf, just wait patiently 2 metres away from me. And others. Cheers.”
Over the past few weeks the main supermarkets including Tesco and Sainsbury’s have made wearing face coverings in their stores compulsory.

The move will hopefully curb accidental transmission of the virus from asymptomatic people.
Mum-of-two Natalie is keen to do her bit to shutdown people claiming the pandemic isn’t as serious as widely reported.
Taking to social media earlier this month, Natalie said: “The data we receive each day from the news is so upsetting.
“I just wanted to say I’m thinking of everyone who has lost someone and thinking of the people whose loved ones are in hospital.

“I’m thinking of people on their own and the Drs and nurses who are dealing with it each day.”
She continued: “It’s very easy to sit and moan about not seeing family or not being able to go to a pub for lunch, not being able to go to your gym or have your nails done.
“But it’s really not that bad. Keep going, remember how lucky we are.”
Earlier this month EastEnders fans watched as Natalie’s character Sonia took a break from Albert Square.
Sonia has been finding it hard to cope with the realties of working on the frontline at the hight of a pandemic.
Keen to make sure she was ok, Ash Panesar, played by Gurlaine Kaur Garcia, suggested she takes some time out.
In a shock twist, the Walford regular suddenly declared she plans to visit Bex who is India.
While unconfirmed it is thought Sonia will only be away from the show for a short period of time and not indefinitely.
