Superstar chef Gordon Ramsay enjoys tormenting his daughters when they introduce their boyfriends to him – by regularly brandishing a knife.
Ramsay refuses to let his daughters take any of their love interests beyond the downstairs of his homes.
And while he is happy to cook for them, the dad-of-five wants them out of his home as soon as possible.
Ramsay, 54, said: “Four or five years ago they used to bring friends home, now they bring boyfriends home, which really grates on me.
“I just stand there, about to chop onions and stare at them with a knife, and go ‘you are not going upstairs, you little sh**.’
‘You are not going to go upstairs and rehearse that English exam, you are f**ing staying downstairs.’
“What the f*** would you like to eat and what time do you have to be f***ing kicked out of here’.”
Ramsay now swears at home to keep order, but at work he says it is out of frustration.
Speaking on US channel Extra TV to promote his show Masterchef: Legends, he said: “I don’t mean to swear is down to the muppets you have with me.”
Gordon is a dad to Megan, 23, Holly, 21, Jack, 21, Matilda, 19 and two-year-old Oscar.
Love Island bosses have reportedly approached Holly to appear on the ITV2 dating show.
The rumour mill was swirling that Holly had been added to the cast but a representative for Gordon denied that she will be appearing and instead said she had turned the show down.
Speaking to the Mirror they said: “This is not true. Holly has no interest in joining the show although she has been approached many times.”
Holly is currently a fashion and design student at the Conde Nast College of Fashion and Design and has appeared alongside her family on CBBC’s Matilda and the Ramsay Bunch.
She also works as a model and influencer, signed to EST Models and boasting 238,000 followers on Instagram.

An ITV spokesperson commented: “At this point in time any names being linked to the show are purely speculative as no decisions have been made regarding the cast.”
