Katy Perry kicked off her Las Vegas residency by downing a pint on stage in front of her adoring fans.
The 37-year-old pop star performed the first date of her Play shows at Resorts World stage on Wednesday evening.
During her debut performance, the singer showed off massive props including a giant bathtub, snails, an enormous toilet, a plunger and many more.
She belted out her classic hits such as Firework, Chained To The Rhythm and ET on a checkerboard stage.
As well as amazing production and stunning vocals, Katy wowed in a series of show-stopping costumes.
During one section of the show, she donned an eye-popping silver metallic minidress covered in beer cans.

An oversized face covering also joined the musician on stage in a cheeky reference to the global coronavirus pandemic which has shut down live music venues across the world over the past 20 months.
As well impressing fans with her wacky looks, Katy treated fans to a performance of her latest single When I’m Gone which features Alesso.
Speaking about her new track ahead of her residency debut, the mother of one previously said on Good Morning America: “It’s great cause it’s coming out the same time as the opening night of my show and it just gives a little bit of a fresh, fun new feeling.

“Music will continue and people use music to be happy, to get their grief out, to dance, to put their makeup on. We all need a soundtrack to our lives and I hope I can be part of that.”
Before taking to the stage, Katy teased fans on what they can expect from her Vegas shows.
The I Kissed A Girl singer told the US breakfast show: “I play a doll in this show, so everything is, like, three times the size of me.

“It’s Honey I Shrunk the Kids meets Pee-wee’s Playhouse but we knew what our audience is. People are here to have fun, people are here to let loose.”
Katy released the setlist of her temporary residency on Instagram hours before she took to the stage leaving fans feeling excited.
One fan penned: “Incredible set list!”
Another added: “Are you playing lost?????? NOOOO WAAAAAAYYYYY”

Mother of one Katy recently revealed she has been working out three to five days a week in order to get into the best shape for her shows.
