Katie Price was so paranoid when giving birth to Harvey Price that doctors would tell their friends they’d seen “Jordan’s bits”.
The mum-of-five has opened up about her and Harvey’s journey in her new book, Katie Price: Harvey & Me.
In one extract, the 43-year-old recalls her son, who is now 19, being born, explaining she was very specific on the birth.
“I was really paranoid about the doctors looking at me,” Katie wrote, who was at the height of her fame as glamour model Jordan at the time.
She went on: “I just couldn’t get the thought out of my head.

“I know it sounds silly, but I just thought they would be judging me because I was this pin-up girl and they’d go home and tell all their mates they’d seen Jordan’s ‘bits’.”
Katie added: “I know it’s totally ridiculous and doctors don’t even think about that, but I was convinced.
“I was adamant that I didn’t want to give birth laying on my back with my legs open for everyone to see. Instead, I was squatting on all fours.”

Katie first found fame as a glamour model and has appeared in the Daily Star, FHM, Playboy, Nuts, Maxim, Loaded and even US Vogue.
At the age of 20 she had her first boob job, going from her natural 32B to a 32FF.
Since then, Katie has been very open about her cosmetic work and has had a number of other breast surgeries, as well as filler, Botox and dental procedures.

Harvey’s father is former footballer Dwight Yorke, but he has no contact with him.
Katie’s first born has septo-optic dysplasia which causes blindness, Prader-Willi syndrome and is on the autistic spectrum.
Harvey was the subject of a documentary earlier this year, which shared its name with Katie’s new book.
In it, Katie gave fans a closer look into Harvey’s life and how he was progressing into adulthood.
It went on to be nominated for a National Television Award, but lost out to Kate Garraway’s documentary, Finding Derek.
