Scarlett Moffatt started dating police officer boyfriend after 999 call

Scarlett Moffatt has revealed she bagged her police officer boyfriend Scott Robinson after he responded to her cry for help.

The 30-year-old reality star was being harassed by someone trying to take photographs of the inside of her home and needed some assistance.

She has known police constable Scott, 36, for years and was delighted when the “fit” copper turned up after she made a call to her local police station.

Speaking to the Mirror, Scarlett explained: “I had a weird pap who was trying to take photos inside my house so I rang the local police station. Scott came to the house to deal with that.

“My friend was in the house with me at the time and I was like, ‘He’s so fit, I really fancy him’.

“She said, ‘Why don’t you just comment on a picture on Facebook?’

“So I commented on a picture of him and his dog Toby and put, ‘Ah, cute… and the dog’. I’d had a couple of drinks.”

Scarlett went on to reveal that Scott eventually replied to her message the next day, and the rest is history.

The lovebirds have been dating for nearly two years and Scarlett has declared she’s ready to “make memories” in their new dream home.

She took to her Instagram last month to inform fans that she and Scott were “off on an adventure”.

The former Gogglebox star penned: “”Me and @scottdobby have found our forever home and we’d love for all of you to be part of it.”

Scarlett is letting everyone “be part of it” in the form of a dedicated Instagram account for her new home called Our Bonnie Barn, a nod to the couple’s pet chihuahua Bonnie.

The first post on the Our Bonnie Barn account was of a plot of land, in an undisclosed location, which Scarlett captioned: “It may look like a mud pile right now but this is the view from our forever home.

“It makes me and @scottdobby so excited to know we’ve found the home we will make all of our memories in… if someone had told me 3 years ago I’d have found the love of my life and my forever home I’d have never believed them.”
