Strictly Come Dancing host Tess Daly looked phenomenal as she took to the ballroom floor in a floor-length lilac gown.
The frock was slashed right to the thigh, baring an expanse of Tess’ toned pins as she prepared to introduce the judges alongside her fellow presenter Claudia Winkleman.
The strappy number featured silk cross-straps at the collarbone, leaving plenty of Tess’ shoulders on display as she took the room by storm.
Tess, 52, wore her sleek blonde tresses down, with her hair falling gracefully to brush her exposed shoulders.
Fans immediately flocked to social media to share their love for Tess, with one penning: “Obsessed with Tess’ dress this week!”

“Loving the ladies’ frocks tonight, but especially Tess’!” another fan added, while a fourth posted: “Wow, Tess looks amazing this week!”
Claudia, meanwhile, looked similarly sensational in a completely strapless black dress, which left her own shoulders bared to the air on the dance-floor, as the remaining celebs prepared to take to the stage.

Her black gown had silvery strands of glitter woven through the fabric, and reached her knees to show off her own legs and stunning heels.
Earlier in the evening, Tess took to her Instagram Stories to give fans an inside glimpse of her dressing room, wearing a silky black robe to keep her outfit a surprise.
Followers also got a glimpse of Tess’ bra under the open gown, as she showed off her makeup counter and facial cleanser in preparation for appearing on the show.

She captioned the candid selfie: “Almost show time! Can’t wait for you all to see the routines! There’s so much magic on tonight’s show.”
Later, she was ready in her chair backstage to go over her script while hair and makeup experts bustled around her to straighten her stunning blonde ‘do.
“It’s showtime!” Tess wrote alongside the snap.
Up close, followers could see her eyeshadow matched the lilac of her dress, giving Tess an ethereal look.
